Even after two years since its reveal at The Game Awards 2023, Archetype Entertainment's sci-fi action-RPG Exodus is still something of a mystery. It looks like a trailer for the new Tomb Raider game has leaked, ahead of its appearance at The Game Awards tonight.

The Game Awards 2025 on Thursday brought the biggest night of gaming back. Alongside celebrating different genres of games and recognizing the vaunted game of the year, the awards are a huge stage for showing off trailers for upcoming games.

Saros is now set to launch April 30, 2026, and while the trailer doesn't acknowledge the delay, that's just over a month after the previously announced March 20 release. Deep in a PlayStation Blog post, the devs say the delay is to make sure the game "exceeds our vision," but they do not elaborate further.

Archetype Entertainment has debuted a new trailer for its upcoming sci-fi RPG Exodus during The Game Awards as previously confirmed, offering an in-depth look at the ambitious project, which features a number of former BioWare developers working on it. The game has been confirmed for an early 2027 release window.
